However, the existing solutions are often fragmented, requiring multiple tools and platforms to manage link aggregation, ticketing, and event promotion. This project aims to address these challenges by developing an integrated QR code ticketing software that combines link management, event ticketing, and promotional material creation into a single, user-friendly platform.

Event organizers and attendees currently face significant challenges due to the fragmented nature of existing event management tools. Managing link aggregation, ticketing, and promotional materials often requires the use of multiple platforms, leading to inefficiencies, increased costs, and a disjointed user experience. Manual processes for creating and distributing event tags and flyers further exacerbate these issues, resulting in time-consuming efforts and a higher potential for errors.

Based on our comprehensive user research, we gained valuable insights into the needs and preferences of event organizers and attendees. The findings reveal a strong demand for an integrated, QR code-based event management solution. 85% of surveyed event organizers expressed frustration with current fragmented systems, while 92% showed interest in a unified platform. Attendees overwhelmingly favored (78%) quick, contactless check-ins using QR codes. The research also highlighted the importance of social media integration, with 73% of participants rating it as "very important" for networking and event promotion. Security concerns were prevalent, with 89% of organizers prioritizing fraud prevention features. Interestingly, 68% of attendees expressed enthusiasm for personalized event materials generated through the platform. These results clearly indicate a market need for our solution and provide crucial direction for prioritization and development strategies.
